Summary
A British whodunit play about a group of strangers who are snowed in at a remote guesthouse and discover that a killer is among them. The play is set at Monkswell Manor, a bed and breakfast in Berkshire, where five guests are trapped during a blizzard. When Detective Sergeant Trotter arrives, he informs the guests that they are all suspects in a nearby murder. As the guests share their pasts, secret clues are revealed that may help identify the murderer. The play is considered a theatrical puzzle that encourages audiences to use their brains and keep the secrets after seeing a performance.
