Summary
The Wamego Whiskey Syndicate is proud to present “Sip of Bourbon, Batch Two”, Saturday September 21st at the historic Columbian Theatre. The return of this unique whiskey event will feature a new grand tasting of over 40 different selections. Featured distilleries including Jim Beam, Willett, Barrel Craft Spirits, Wild Turkey, and High West, plus samples of American Craft Whiskey, Irish and Scotch Whiskey, and World Whiskeys. For those who prefer a little something other than straight spirits, there will be selections of craft cocktails, wine, hard ciders, and more. Appetizers and special local food features are also included in the ticket price.
The VIP pre-event will feature a multimedia walk through the Wamego Whiskey Syndicate’s Knob Creek barrel pick experience, culminating with a tasting of each of the sold out single barrel selections of “Boomtown 1” 14 year old bourbon, “Boomtown 2” 15 year old bourbon , “Boomtown 3” 12 year old bourbon, and the SOON TO BE RELEASED “Boomtown 4” single barrel rye. This one of a kind whiskey tasting will never be available again and will feature pictures and video allowing VIP ticket holders a true behind the scenes look of a single barrel selection as well as on site footage from the Knob Creek bottling line at the Jim Beam distillery in Claremont, KY. All VIP tickets holders will also receive a commemorative VIP lanyard from the Jim Beam distillery, have access to the Sip of Bourbon Batch 2 tasting event, appetizers, and featured local food items.
SUPPORT GREAT CAUSE AND ENJOY A NIGHT OF WHISKEY EXPLORATION! All proceeds will go to benefit the Wamego Fireworks Fund. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age.

7 - 8pm - VIP Tasting (doors open at 6:40)
8 - 10pm - Sip of Bourbon Batch Two Tasting Event (doors open at 7:40)
VIP Single Barrel Experience Tickets: $95
Sip of Bourbon Batch 2 Tasting Event Tickets: $50
Designated Driver Food Only Tickets: $25*
*DD ticket must accompany a Tasting Event or VIP ticket holder, limited quantity available, all. DD’s must still be 21 years of age for entry.
