Columbian Theatre - Show Detail

This two-week program is designed for students that have finished K-2nd grade. The program will allow students to showcase their talents and better prepare them for the full Summer Theatre Academy program and main stage shows. During the program, the students will learn the basics of theatre etiquette and traditions. The students will also learn a short 30-minute play with speaking parts, songs, and dances that are tailored to their age group. 

The group will meet Tuesday - Friday the first week and Monday - Friday the second week from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  The first day will be June 15, 2021, and the shows will be on  June 25th in the evening & the 26th in the afternoon.  There are a few questions to fill out before the payment and more information and forms will be sent to you by email in a few days.  Please have the additional forms filled out and to the Columbian no later than May 24, 2021.  This group will be limited to 30 students.  

Registration is now open. The cost is $100.00 per student.

Mini STA will be performing "E-I-E-I Oops!" Farmer MacDonald's whole barnyard is singing away! The rooster sings tenor, the mule chimes in on bass, the chicks are pretty good altos, and the sheep are all over the place! But wait! Something's wrong with Mr. Cow...he just can't moo! Join the fun as the animals all do their part to save the day!
