Event rooms include the 288-seat Peddicord Playhouse, complete with stage and theatre lighting and sound. With flexible seating, it can be configured in theatre style, classroom style (tables and chairs) or "party" style (tables and chairs and dance floor). The Swogger Gallery can accommodate 160 for dinner, 200 for meetings or a Gallery Corner can be set up for a group as small as 20. Other rooms are ideal for work sessions, retreats and business meetings.

Overhead projector, screen, chart pads and other meeting supplies are available.
The Columbian Special Events Coordinator is available to work with customers in selecting which parts of the building suit their needs, establishing needs for technical equipment and will gladly assist by recommending approved licensed caterers.
