Jane Alexander,
award-winning actress and popular chairman of the National Endowment
for the Arts, answers questions from the audience during a Town Hall
Meeting held at The Columbian in 1995. The NEA has awarded 2 grants
to The Columbian in its 8 year history supporting the renovation of
the theatre and The Columbian's The Wizard of OZ, a production in
2001 that brought this most beloved of American fairy tales to life
for thousands, while also providing educational opportunities for
youngsters who were enrolled in The Columbian Summer Theatre Academy. |
